Pasteurization
The milk is brought
to the plant and immediately controlled at the laboratories.
After all necessary laboratory controls are finished, and
the milk pasteurized to be purified from possible germs. Now
the pasteurized milk is ready to go to cheese making rooms.
Various processes are applied to the milk based on the type
of cheese to be produced.
Cheese Making

cheese. Our recipe begins with perfect combination of certified
Halal cheese cultures for its production. Cooking, draining,
salting, hoping, and pressing procedures are handled under
computer controlled ultra hygienic conditions and in front
