They all feed by natural grains. Nema captures quality in production starting from the first step by educating, training and supporting contracted milk producers. Our people know the importance of purchasing the best milk, transporting it under very hygienic conditions and storing it carefully and processing it quickly.

Pasteurization

The milk is brought to the plant and immediately controlled at the laboratories. After all necessary laboratory controls are finished, and the milk pasteurized to be purified from possible germs. Now the pasteurized milk is ready to go to cheese making rooms. Various processes are applied to the milk based on the type of cheese to be produced.

Cheese Making

It is a perfect of art and science, which starts making our delicious Nema brand cheese. Our recipe begins with perfect combination of certified Halal cheese cultures for its production. Cooking, draining, salting, hoping, and pressing procedures are handled under computer controlled ultra hygienic conditions and in front of watchful eyes of our experts. We never sacrifice from traditional taste and hygine.
